1+9 tips for effective lanuage learning
1. You don’t need to bother about the first one…
You have already found the right language school!
+1. Determine what your exact purpose is!
+2. Take the result of the placement test seriously: Enrol for the right course!
+3. Devote some time to the language every day!
+4. Constantly keep repeating!
+5. Learn and read out loud in order to get used to your ’foreign language voice’!
+6. Don’t be afraid to ask if there is something you don’t understand!
+7. Learn texts by heart!
+8. Acquire some knowledge of the culture behind the language!
+9. Buy a good dictionary: Preferably a monolingual one!

Do I have to go far if I want to study at your school? |

Which languages can I learn at your school? Beyond Hungarian for foreigners, we also teach English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian and Dutch for Hungarians. In case of sufficient number of applicants, we will organise courses in other languages on demand as well. |

What course intensity do you recommend? We recommend 1*4 or 2*2 lessons a week – 2*2 lessons/week is the least with which it is worth to start learning Hungarian. Approximately the same amount of time to study at home should be considered. You can only achieve really good results if you take time to learn, repeat and do your homework systematically. If you have more time and/or need to learn Hungarian as quickly as possible, we recommend our intensive courses (1*4 lessons/week). |

Can you advise me on what type of language tuition I should choose? We certainly can – send us an e-mail or call us! Based on the result of the placement test and the required timetable, we will find the most suitable course for you. |

How many people are there in a group? We start groups with 4-8 people but on individual demand we can organise on-site courses for smaller groups as well – at higher rates, obviously. |

What are the criteria when forming the groups? We form the groups based on the results of the placement tests. |

Is the price of the coursebooks included in the price of the course? No, it is not but if you study at our school we will provide you with the necessary coursebooks – at a rate 10% below retail prices. |

Do I get a document at the end of the course to prove that I have finished the course? Yes, you will get a certificate proving that you have finished the course. |
